Ordering

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but we’ll always try our best to make changes before we ship your order. The best way to do so is to call us as soon as possible at 855 756 0560, Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m-7:00 p.m. Pacific time.

What’s the status of my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on “Track It” and see the status of your delivery. Otherwise, you can reach out to Customer Love anytime and we can provide an update.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

Contact us right away at love@thereformation.com or 855 756 0560. We will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Prices on the site do not include taxes or duties. If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged at checkout on orders shipped to New York or California.

If you are shipping internationally, we currently ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

What does it mean if an item is Waitlisted?

If an item is Waitlisted it means that we will most likely be making more! Sign up with your email and let us know your preferred color and size. We will email you to let you know if it becomes available.

The item I want says it’s Waitlisted. When will it become available again?

If an item is Waitlisted it means we will most likely be making more. While we don’t have an exact timeline, we are working hard behind the scenes to make it as quickly as possible. Sign up and we’ll let you know if it becomes available.

The item I want says it’s Sold Out. When will it become available again?

If an item is Sold Out, we are completely sold out. Let us know your preferred color and add your email to sign-up for the Want list. If enough people sign up for the list, we may make more! We will email you if it becomes available again.

What does it mean if I can Want an item?
